Return Policy – Thenakksh

At Thenakksh (Pericia Design Private Limited), we maintain strict quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The product is torn or physically damaged at the time of delivery

  • The product has major color fading or manufacturing defect

  • The wrong product or wrong color has been delivered by mistake

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Size issues or fitting concerns

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

Return Timeframe

  • All return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery

  • Requests raised after this period will not be considered

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

Thenakksh reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims

  • Customers must provide clear images or video proof of the issue

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

  • Once verified, the return will be approved and processed

Pickup & Self-Ship

  • If reverse pickup is available, our courier partner will collect the product after a quality check

  • If your location is not serviceable, you must self-ship the product within 5 days after approval

Important Notes

  • Only the product(s) approved in the return request should be handed over

  • Thenakksh is not responsible for extra or unapproved items sent back

  • If the return request is rejected after inspection, it will not be processed further

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the product is received and approved

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

COD Orders

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be made via bank transfer or UPI only

  • Customers must provide accurate details for processing

Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued for rejected returns

  • Refunds will not be provided in cash or cheque

  • Bank processing timelines may vary and are beyond our control
